I wanted to thank Melissa for all she did to make our dream of owning a home come true. I feel she was put into my life for a reason to help me on this crazy journey and she never gave up. When I met Melissa at a open house and told her what my family of 6 needed and the price point we were in, it was a task and most Realtors would have walked away from. After 4 months of searching, Melissa found us a 3700sf, 5 bedroom home that was bank owned through HUD, and after another 2 months of paperwork and inspections,  Melissa was there through it all and even when we got frustrated, she kept it going. I Just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart . I am so happy when I walk through the door of our new home. I am truly Blessed.

  Melissa listed our home for us, we had to move for my work and needed the home sold quick.  Melissa came to meet me at my work and gave me a market analysis on what we needed to sell the home without losing money.  Melissa put the house on the market on Friday we had 3 offers by Sunday and got over asking price.  She handled the whole process for us while we moved and we couldn't have done it without her.  Thank you

When we needed to move from  Seattle Washington to Florida for my Husbands work I needed a realtor. My in-laws referred  Melissa, so while on-line looking at homes I called her. I knew from the moment I talked with her that she was a great match for me. I am very picky and I know what kind of home I was looking for and when I told Melissa all the things I wanted in my new home she was right on. She emailed us some properties that were exactly what we wanted. She went to the home and took videos and pictures, walked the property, we loved it and  we felt so comfortable with Melissa we purchased the property. Melissa handled everything from inspections, water testing, survey's, she even watched the property for a month until we got moved down to Florida. Moving across the country is a really a stressful ordeal but Melissa took a lot of that stress out and we are so thankful.
